For over a decade I've had the privilege of supporting hundreds of people with their mental health through personal support and group facilitation.
Personally, I've found group work to be deeply transformative, particularly in overcoming long-term trust issues. Repeated exposure to sharing in a safe space has truly helped me let down some very big walls. I believe the key to personal growth is the awareness that living from a place of well-being means taking radical responsibility for how we show up.
